Fundraisers
We believe in giving back to the communities we serve. Throughout the year, we help non-profits such as schools, charities, civic organizations, churches and youth sports reach their fundraising goals by providing donations and hosting fundraisers.
Does your group need food or beverages for an event or a gift card for an auction? Perhaps you need to raise funds for your organization or a special project. The ACG BBQ locations of Sonny’s BBQ can help you reach your goals. Please review the opportunities below and select the one that best meets your needs. Don't see what you're looking for? Spirit Days Fundraiser
These events are held at a Sonny’s BBQ location and promoted by your group. Your group earns 20% of the sales we track in the Dining Room, Drive Thru, Take Out and through Online Ordering. Spirit Days are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. To schedule your event, sign up for an open date through the GroupRaise portal. You will receive an electronic flyer to promote your event.
Gift Card Fundraiser
Your group pre-sells Sonny’s BBQ gift cards in denominations of your choice. Collect the face value from the buyer. When the selling period is complete, you turn in a list of how many gift cards you need in each denomination along with payment for 80% of the face value. Your group makes 20% profit. Sonny’s BBQ will load the gift cards for you to deliver to your buyers.
Pork Butt Fundraiser
Your group pre-sells pork butts and provides the buyer with a voucher letting them know when it can be redeemed. When the selling period is complete, you turn in the list of pork butts sold along with a check for your cost. Cost is $30 per pork butt and groups typically sell for $40-$45. You keep the profit and your role in the sale is complete. Guests can redeem their voucher by calling the Sonny’s location with 24 hours’ notice. The guest receives five pounds of pulled pork and their choice of BBQ sauce ($70 value).
